Situated in the bustling downtown Rosemary District, our ongoing condominium project presented a thrilling opportunity for our design journey. Commissioned by the developer, our task was to create captivating marketing renders for their website and realtors, aiming to entice potential buyers. Our objective was to provide an immersive perspective of the future living spaces. To commence the design process, we crafted mood boards that captured the essence and vision of each area. These mood boards served as a visual foundation, incorporating carefully selected furniture, lighting fixtures, materials, and accessories. By presenting these mood boards to the developer, we aimed to convey the overall ambiance, spatial arrangement, and aesthetic direction of each space. Once approved, we moved on to generating 3D renders, breathing life into the spaces with realistic imagery that showcased the end product.
