I designed the interior of this home initially as a remodel, but following hurricane damage, the project evolved into a complete new construction. This transformation allowed us to fully reimagine the space while preserving the client’s vision of a timeless mid-century aesthetic.

From the beginning, I used detailed 3D renderings to guide my clients through every phase of the interior and exterior design process, ensuring clarity, confidence, and alignment at each step. The design balances warmth, sophistication, and functionality, with a strong emphasis on cohesion and flow throughout the home.

Materiality played a central role in shaping the overall experience. We selected playful, character-rich tiles for the bathrooms to introduce personality, while incorporating extensive marble surfaces for all countertops to bring elegance and continuity. Custom wood cabinetry adds warmth and texture, creating a refined contrast with the stone elements. Every selection was made through a thoughtful and meticulous process, ensuring both aesthetic harmony and long-term durability.

Lighting was approached as a key architectural feature rather than an afterthought. We integrated high-end lighting technology and carefully curated fixtures to enhance spatial depth, highlight architectural lines, and create layered ambiance throughout the home.

The exterior was designed to make a bold yet sophisticated statement. The façade combines resin wood panels with oolite stone and coral stone cladding to create texture and visual interest. A custom pivot front door serves as a striking focal point, complemented by sleek aluminum windows and dramatic outdoor lighting that enhances the architecture both day and night. A limestone floating bench element and accent wall further reinforce the clean, modern lines of the design.

Inside, we emphasized a minimalist and seamless architectural language. Interior doors are flush with the walls, and we extended wall finishes all the way to the floor, eliminating baseboards to achieve a clean, uninterrupted look. Every detail was carefully considered to maintain visual continuity and reinforce the overall design intent.

The result is a highly curated, cohesive home that blends mid-century inspiration with modern innovation, crafted with precision, intention, and a deep respect for both form and function.
