How We Work
The need for a 3-D rendering of a proposed design is something that is determined by the scope, complexity and budget of a project. It is another tool that helps the homeowner make an informed decision about their project, it's direction and eventual result.
We also offer 3-D rendering to help real estate agents and contractors in their work.

Kitchen Remodel - 3D Renderings
BEFORE - My clients asked me to remodel their outdated kitchen. I proposed to them that we open up the walls onto their living room.
Before construction and before being engaged, clients like to see the end results of their project and the renders I provide to my clients help greatly, they also help contractors and subcontractors to understand closely all the details and finishes. A great tool for everyone.
AFTER - A good kitchen remodel not only plans for homeowners usage but considers existing plumbing and piping payouts, foot track and effective storage solutions.
By carefully planning a new layout, or making existing changes to your current layout, clients can drastically cut down on costs, while still getting the kitchen of their dreams.
Livingroom Remodel - 3D Renderings
BEFORE - This beautiful penthouse on the Gulf of Mexico needed a new and fresh living room design.
I proposed to my existing client form Lido Beach a rendering of what her living could look like.
She was very impressed and decided to change her furniture and artwork for a more dynamic and contemporary design.
