As the designer on this project, my objective was to enhance the space in a way that would increase its rental value and overall appeal to potential tenants or guests. The layout was refined and the lighting improved to maximize both function and ambiance, making the space feel more open, comfortable, and welcoming.
I selected neutral yet impactful design elements that photograph beautifully and provide a timeless backdrop for different styles and uses. Throughout the space, I incorporated thoughtful, lifestyle-driven details to elevate the overall experience and ensure the property stands out in a competitive rental market.
